  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Before I started the Graduate Scheme in Business Analysis in Santander, I had very limited contact with how the world of business operates. Since I joined the graduate scheme I have developed a plethora of skills relating to stakeholder management, business analysis, business systems modelling and a number of other areas.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I do enjoy my programme, however I think that it could have had a better structure with a more integrated learning approach. I feel that I am not given enough time to study and prepare for the apprenticeship exams and modules, and I find the frequency of modules a bit disruptive

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are some, but I haven't been involved in any so far. I think that I need to orient myself better and find out what is available and then decide whether I want to participate in one of the extra curricular activities at work, but I will do that at a later stage.
