Speaking to customers and trying to help them resolve any issues that they are having with there agreement, like a call centre because a lot is helping customers to make sure that they go away happy with there contract and the agreement however sometimes the days go slow as it is repetitive
How to improve my tone on calls when speaking to customer, I have developed my problem solving skills and also how to be a bit better and quicker on computers. other skills that I have picked up on is how to work more towards targets as this is the first job I've had that is more target based
I enjoy the programme because I am able to move around a lot however I feel that it is very much like working in a call centre and I would like to know and feel more involved in the rest of the business. overall I would say I enjoy the programme however it could still be improved
I feel like the plan of the programme has been structured well so far and that it is enough time in each department. I feel that sometimes the transition does feel like you are having to learn some of the same stuff more than once however some stuff is good for consolidating knowledge
It is like you are treated as a normal member of staff so you receive coaching and 1-1 like all members of staff so support is fine. I do think it is good that we are given a day a week to be able to do our apprentice work and network with other areas
we only have 1-1 interactions once per month and often when trying to communicate the replies are slow or never happen however the sessions once a month are still good however the course in general is easy to get on with alone. I just feel like the training provider could be a bit higher quality and more involved
I feel the libf course is go as it helps you build knowledge on stuff you talk about with customers and helps you to be more confident in what you say however the other qualification I don't feel is as useful as the libf. LIBF is good as it teaches you about a lot of regulation
no there is nothing extra curricular that I have so far gotten involved in. I would like to get involved in further training or with other members of team to understand how each persons roles vary. I would also like to get involved with some sports clubs or teams that there are in work if there are any
Yes
I think its a good company that offers growth and progression which is important when you are looking for somewhere to be able to start your career. You don't want any closed doors in terms of progress and the variety of departments offer sideways as well as upwards job changes.
to be driven to get the most out of working for such a large company so that you can push your career forward. Make sure you're hardworking as there will be lots of other people that are and you don't want to get overshadowed and become unnoticed which could hinder future job applications
