  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I manage a team of thirteen advisors who are responsible for resolving customer complaints. As part of my role I have to do daily team meetings where we discuss the previous days performance and also relay any messages or changes. I also have coaching sessions with each advisor on a monthly basis

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Remit are very helpful when it comes to providing support. I have recently had issues with uploading completed work on to the system. I contacted my training provider and they raised a ticket straight away for the issue to be looked in to. They are very helpful and I am appreciative of this.
