  • Providing technical support to sage customers, who either have an issue with their sage program or have a query about the program itself, our role is to help resolve the customers issue as efficiently as possible whilst also hitting our targets that include generating sales leads and the average handle time on a call

  • I heavily developed my communication and IT skills whilst working at Sage New skills that I have learnt include using accounting software for the first and not only using the program itself but also the ability to help repair the program for customers. My time managmemt and organisation skills have also been developed while working at sage

  • I thoroughly enjoy the program, it has given me the chance to help develop my skills and get used to a working environment, I don't feel that I have been dropped into the deep end but I have been coached well over time and this has helped me craft the skill needed in my role
