Yes
It’s been insightful however a lot of work is involved. Especially when you’re working full time.
It’s very structured because not always organised. My course agenda has changed at least three times since I was a learner.
When I’m doing my reviews at work I get 100% support but I’m terms of time off for studying and not having late nights not so much. Apart from my GM and team that I work with on site I haven’t heard anything from Greeneking about my training programme.
A great deal.
When I’m unsure how to deal with a situation I just think back to what my trainer and taught me or what I’ve learned in my modules.
I work a lot on events and sales and social media as an extra-curricular activity

Under paid, over worked and little to no appreciation. Our wage budget is poor. We are all put under extreme pressure on foh. And receive absolutely no support from Greene King managers that aren’t on site.
Be prepared that there is no work/home life balance. Learn to cope well under pressure. No matter how stressful your day, never let it show in front of your guests
