  • Software Testing - Manual Functional testing of software applications. Scripting and executing test cases.

  • Developing my testing skills - ISTQB training courses have been booked. Also learnt about the agile environment in particular SCRUM

  • I enjoy the both the client and university work. Lecturers and colleagues are friendly, approachable and helpful.

  • University programme is very structured. Always know of upcoming dates and modules

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • New to the company, haven't yet required any particular support, however bi monthly calls are in place for degree students and i feel i could approach colleagues if i required particular support

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Most lecturers are very commited and willing to provide additional support if required. There is the odd lecturer i have had who seems less commited to go the extra mile

  • Although no modules have directly linked to testing i have found many of the modules useful in my role

  • yes, lots of different events going on throughout the year.

  • Yes

  • Lots of opportunities in terms of training and career growth. Good salary and the chance to learn and earn at the same time

  • Be yourself and be willing to work very hard if participating in the degree apprenticeship
