  • Constant communication with client programme team and client end users, providing advice, feedback and enrichment to their own roles in the company. Working closely with collegues to provide high quality work and documentation to improve and explain current working processes. Interacting verbally and electronically with collegues to provide a high-end service.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Throughout my time at Capgemini so far (despite being less than a year), I've learnt countless personal and professional skills working alongside industry veterans in the company - with an online library of courses dedicated to learning new skills, there is the potential to continue learning and developing skills no matter your current knowledge or career length.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The dedicated GAP (Graduate and Apprentice Program) team are second to none in working with it's cohorts to ensure everyone is getting the most out of their time. As a result, I've recommended this program to several of my peers.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program is well structured in the way it allows individuals with limited prior knowledge of the course to be brought up-to-speed with the modules, as well as catering for those with prior experience too.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • There's always support on hand, from work load management to university work inclusive. More so from colleagues working on the same account as you, due to the fact you're in contact with them on a more regular basis.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A skills coach promotes a go-to contact for any Degree queries and issues - incredibly useful. Weekly sessions are held to field any questions on the course, where feedback are regularly taken on board.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Depending on your role in your account, the training can put you in great stead to progress and utilise skills learnt. Saying that, there is always some way you can apply your newly learnt knowledge. My role has been filled with varying technical roles and in some way I've managed to incorporate my newly learnt skills to be better equipped.

  • Many activities are available from evening socials, to community involvement.

  • Yes

  • Research is key. Know the business, Degree program and industry as best as possible to get the most out of your application, education and work.
