I’m an apprentice manager at Aldi, each day is very different, I put out stock, till work, delivers, decarding and I also do most of the management side in relation to temp checks, breaks and preparing the warehouse. I mostly do morning shifts which includes working the stock then doing paperwork.
I am a more confident person in general, how to manage people and manage emotions.
It’s very good and I’m happy I came to Aldi.
Overall it has been good but at the start it wasn’t very organised.
I get enough in order to succeed.
I get a lot of support and if I’m in need of help my trainer is always there.
I experienced everything and worked through a book to make sure I understood everything.
Yes like football.
