  • 9a. Would you recommend Post Office to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • Business looking at ways to save money so are franchising loads of offices making job stability very unreliable. Loads of crown branches have already closed and loads more being franchised and now being run by WH Smith. This is not good for colleagues who love the job as the network is only getting smaller so they end up with no job

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Post Office?
  • Read about the company and read job description so you know what your role involves. Lots of selling of products involved in the job so you need to be confident and comfortable in the products we sell and be confident introducing them to our customers and be able to talk about them confidently.
