  • There was no basic structures put in place in my work to allow time set time to train

  • Support was always given wherever necessary.

  • Very little. After being told I was signed off, the trainer did not actually do this and I now have to complete further work in order to gain my qualifications

  • 9b. Why?
  • Hours available differ every week so it can be difficult to maintain your contracted hours. The apprenticeship I went through has also left my stuck, still trying to gain my qualification.

  • The wages can be good but you definitely work for your money
