  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Every day with in BT is different. Weather that be a different job or within a different site within BT. I enjoy learning about everything BT has to offer both their employees but also their customers and how I make a difference to these customers within my role at BT.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised with many people I am aware I can contact should I need help within or outside of the workplace. It is a really well oiled machine to get me through my course quickly and effectively whilst teaching me along the way. A very good program for BT

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The support is unlimited from my employer which is great. There are many sources to get this from and the people who provide this support are both friendly and helpful. It seems nothing is too much of an issue for them. A great team providing this support for a BT,

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Stoke college is not the best in the world to be honest. Their training methods and trainers are outdated. The staff don't seem to want to teach us or know the content themselves. It is a shame because the BT staff within stoke college are amazing and very supportive but the college itself is poor in my opinion

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The course itself doesn't always link up to my day to day job role. It would be nice to get a little explaination as to how the theory and learning from the college applied to real world either within BT or outside of BT. That would be a better way to learn.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I personally am not involved in any activates due travel issues. There is plenty to be getting involved in within both BT and BT Madley where I am based that I will be intrested in getting involved with in the future. I very much look forward to seeing exactly what they do.
