To assist and ghost other personnel when responding to breakdowns of automated systems and to complete a range of engineering tasks required to sustain or imrpove the buisness.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Due to new features being added to the apprentice scheme there will always be a first year to iron out the issues. As time goes on, I can only imagine this goes up but currently the issues exists.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

When additional information was required everyone was happy to help and give aid, and if time was required due to tight dealines then they were leanient to a resonable degree.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As the qualificaitons were selected around the job the majority aided in builkding the knowledge to complete tasks, however allot of the work required to be completed was best learnt through experiance.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are school events to inform younger genterations about the apprenticeship and how it works

Overall a good job to build a platform of knowledge and understanding of the industry.

Be motivated and hard work will always get their eye.
