  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed my communication skills. Being an apprentice I have been given many opportunities to present to other possible apprentice candidates to show the apprenticeship we our offering and how much of a good opportunity it is and has been personally for me. This has improved my confidence dramatically as well as my communication skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love this apprenticeship. To be earning while getting a full degree feels amazing. I Am very happy to be here instead of going to only university, which is what I believed myself to be going for before I got into here. I cant recommended this enough and I now cant see myself anywhere else.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Its amazing. The structure to both the apprenticeship and the university course has been outstanding and proves to me this is somewhere where I can spend the rest of career. In our apprenticeship we have 6 month rotations between different job roles where we can learn different areas of the business. This has always been expertly put together for myself and have been able to go around the business already in my first year.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Massive support. If I fall behind in my university course they will let me focus on getting it up to par. They really focus on University being the most important thing. As well as having the opportunity to have time off work if need be if any possible issues arise in my personal life.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It gives me a greater understanding into networks and this helps me be more efficient in my day to day role. By applying the knowledge into my role it gives me a foundation into any task I undertake and allows me to apply myself more to the role and task at hand.
