  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme a lot as it gives you a chance to meet people who have similar interest as you and you all are learning to become workers in the same industry. It is a good laugh and also I enjoy the programme as it isn’t as pressuring as university as you have coursework and a person who wasn’t a exam based person it gives you more of a chance to stay on top of your work

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Our programme is well organised as they have split the terms into different components of the course. They set you deadlines which able you to complete work without them just giving it all to you at the end of the course which is helpful as not only are they on top of the work it means you are less likely to fall behind.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Your employer should give you as much support as they can. Our employer is very good at supporting us because when we are unsure and we need to know something , normally you would have a line manager who attends to your needs and when we do have queries , they are quick to reply.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • As we are at college at the moment we do not have any extra activities. We are in a class full of rail way companies but we do create and set up our own. This could be go karting and football after college. Our company does have activities available but when we do qualify fully this will be easier to access .
