  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is telephony based, and includes answering calls from customers to assist in raising chargebacks, or disputes, against retailers under the Visa chargebacks scheme. There are multiple different disputes that can be raised based on what the situation is for the payment but the most common disputes raised are goods not received, items not as described and cancelling recurring card payments or subscriptions.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The apprenticeship is made up of the missions and the final portfolio, and we have been given documents containing the structure and details of all the parts of the apprenticeship which has been helpful. The programme has been organised well to give us enough time to complete the missions and work on our skills before starting our portfolio.
