  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I manage a team of 10 people on a support team at Enterprise. The teams role is to take the admin function away from the other departments so they can focus on their core role is to manage the 80+ processes that come from doing that, ensuing they are completed within deadline as well as look after the welfare of my team.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have completed level 2 business admin which helped with my basic it skills. I am now in the process of completing my level 3 business management course which has helped me develop essential management skills which contribute to my daily role. understanding the different management theory's and techniques has been a huge contribution to my success.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy it, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] who is my tutor has been an endless support to me getting through my courses. I intent to continue on to a level 4 qualification after this one. the skills I have learned have helped massively with my role, helping me approach different situations from angles not previously explored. it also contributed in being promoted last year.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I find the structure works really well for me, work allow me to take time out of my schedule to complete units and I also work while at home to ensure all modules are completed on time. My tutor even offered to see me more regular while I was struggling with one of the units. there is also a lot of resource available.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I get the right amount of support from my employer, I am allowed time away from my desk to complete units as allowed. the on the job experience and training offered by Enterprise has also been a huge help in my understanding of the work material. Enterprise are very understanding.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has been a huge support, she has a way of breaking down units I have struggled with to make them more understandable/relatable. She is also available via phone or email when I have needed help and is quick to respond. Waverly training also offered me additional math classes when I was completing them for the course and [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was amazing.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • By understanding different management techniques and traits has allowed me to become a better manager, it has helped with how my team interacts with other departments and also has given me ideas for team motivation and incentives. I have found the skills learned very useful. I am looking forward to starting my level 4 once this is completed.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I have been part of various committees through Enterprise. most recently I have been involved in the charity committee which involved organizing charitable events throughout the year. this has allowed me to network both internally and externally from Enterprise. building bonds with the local community and charitys around my local area.

  • Yes

  • Enterprise is a fantastic company to work for, they work tirelessly to improve employee satisfactions. they work within the local community building long lasting bonds. They also offer almost limitless opportunity and support to achieve your life and career goals. this is one of the best company's I have ever worked for and I would recommend them to anyone


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility?
  • if you want to apply to Enterprise Rent-A-Car you need to show willingness and commitment. with the industry as it is, your unlikely to find someone with experience in this sector to come in and already know the job. this is why Enterprise offer a full training package to anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort to be a success. show passion and you will get the reward
