Loads. I am now equipt to work in the media industry with all the skill that I have learned.
Everyday is different and I enjoy every aspect of it. My whole life evolves around my career now and I love every minute of it.
It's a qwell organised traineeship. We have managers and mentors. Mentors are great for advice and managers make sure that we are meeting objectives and getting the most out of our time on the traineeship.
Loads. From skilled advice to personal to mental health support, the structure of support is th best I have ever recieved.
100%. The BBC Academy is second to none and they trainers work really hard to make sure the delivery of learning is suited best to ach individual with great patience.
I have just as much, if not more knowldge than some of my future piers, that goes to show how upto date our training is.
Yes. I take part in a running club and other events which are organised by coleagues.

There is not one other media outlet like it. I would and have recommended to friends to apply for roles withint the BBC because its the safest place in the industry in terms of editorial guidlelines and personal support for staff.
Be yourself. Sell you! And remember that we have to serve an audience that is going eleswhere!
