  • I currently enjoy work alot, the main reason being the vairety of jobs completed everyday. Not all break downs can be predicted, as a result of this, each day presents a different fault with a different solution. This keeps the job fresh and opens up oppornities to continously learn new skills. the responsability given to apprentices in the workplace also greatly improves job satisfaction. I feel like i have a worth in the company and actually contribute to the smooth running of the line.

  • Employer couldnt be more supportive. The standard training provided equips the apprentice with skills required to function in the job role. Reviews are he;d every few months to check up on progress and ensure the apprentice stays on track. Goals are then set from these meetings and the acheivment reviewed in the next session.
