  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Within my department it is well organised with them getting me to do constructive work all the time. But when it comes to the formal educational side of the appreticeship I am left a bit disappointed, for I am not able to get futher on as I would like to by this point for I have not been given the information that I need to continue.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive allot of support from my employer from my placement manager to my appreticship manager. It is good that there are these 2 different people within the business that you can go to for it means that If one of them are not able to help you then the likely hood is that the other one will be able to.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I get invovled with social events that occuer durring the year with my department for example christmas partys, restrant meals before workshops, as well as some sporting activitys such as football with the apprentices, This is good for it means that you get to bond with your department that you work with every day and then with other apprentices that you might not see as much.
