  • Yes I have learned how to run a busy office and everything to do with arranging a funeral

  • I do enjoy the program however I can not work on it while I am at work because I work alone and I have one of the busy branches and our computer system doesn't allow us to connect to all the sites we need to

  • the program so far is very good well organised

  • Very little apart from my induction notes and the in house training modules but these are not always easy to access

  • I receive monthly contact with my trainer with the ability to contact her outside this if needed by email or phone

  • I feel that it will give me more confidence

  • very few due to the nature of the business and the rural location

  • The coop are one of the best employers I have worked for
