Art and design apprentice Review

Artwork and design apprentice throughout the 4 year programm i will undergo a large variety of daily tasks, currently i am designing a leaflet about the health and well being of young people with andriod apps to help them keep on top of their health. I attend colelge 1 day a week studying art and design. I go on many visits to see different people that my job role and place of work is involved with.

I have developed lots of new skills so far that i never knew i had, i also expect to learn a lot more. I have also developed existing skills and becoem more mature in a personal and professional manner. I have gain qualifications and will gain more through out the program.

i really enjoy my apprenticeship program the work palce is brillaint to work in and the people and team are very friendly. the company culture is very good and everything exceeded my expectations.

i feel very valued and well looked after while at work, the opportunities i have are huge. i have a good involvement with project that people set and feel valued from this level of responsibility.

i have a 4 year plan of my whole program and it is very well stuctured with training and what i will be learning throughout the 4 years.

i recieve a lot of support at work with learning and things i do. if i need support it is there and i know where to find it.

i recieve a huge amount of support from my employer. my manager looks after me very well as wella s my mentor she makes me feel valued and well looked after. i have a lot of guidence with problems i may have and the general attitude towards support for me is huge as they want me to have the best 4 years as an apprentice as i can.

yes there is a lot of opportunity to get envolved with things outside of work.
