  • The tasks I can be given vary day by day. I could be prepping cars for a brand event or doing in-depth diagnosis on a vehicle.

  • I have developed on skills which are required in a work place, such as team work, communication etc.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme I am treated like a full time employee. The working environment is friendly and support is there if necessary

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • At times through out my apprenticeship I feel that the structure of the learning aspect of the programme is set in stone. But, out of the class room learning, the organisation/structure is not there from the assessors side.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I do receive support from my employer but not enough. I think this is due to being treated like a full time employee so the apprentice aspect of my job gets pushed aside

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive the support needed from the Performance in my block training sessions to gain the knowledge and practical experience which intern helps me to complete tasks for my qualification.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The training provided is more tailored to an apprentice which is located at a dealership. As I am working in the tech centre the training provided doesn't always helped to the tasks I am given everyday.

  • There are no extra-curricular activities at work

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • You get to work in a recognised corporate business that offers perks and benefits no other business would. The annual salary is higher compared to other apprenticeships at other firms, but with this comes responsibility and trust within your job role which is why the salary is high above average.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Stellantis?
  • If you are given the opportunity to be given an apprenticeship at PSA Group grab it with both hands, the work environment is enjoyable, with many perks and benefits and a great annual salary. You get to a point where you feel like a full time employee.
