  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Whilst completing my course I found the structure to be effective. I was able to complete my work duties 4 days of the week whilst attending college alongside this for 1 day of the week. My manager also allowed me to complete any work or set any time aside during my working days if this was required.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer was extremely supportive in all aspects whilst completing the course. Several members of my department would always check to see if I needed any assistance with any of my work and if there was anything they could do to help me. They also checked regularly if I needed any extra time set aside at work to complete any outstanding work.
