General running of the business. Cash handling, customer satisfaction as well as customer complaints, making sure we hit every target as a team and offering any on the spot training to help assist team in progression. A consistent show of support and control with a hint of being a manager not only the customers feel relaxed around but the team feeling like they are in a family enviroment
I am currently learning how to process the business in Greene kings eyes so I can be the general manager they are looking for after my training. I have been able to develop on my already gained skills during my time in hospitality and build on the many learning curves.
The extent of my enjoyment is solely down to the assessors I have been dealing with, they have made learning the new systems and developing my skills a great deal of fun and informative at the same time, i think I enjoy the programme as much as I enjoy working in hospitality
Extremely well organised with plenty of communication to keep the ball rolling and never feeling like there is a wrong question to ask. Work schedule dates being made well in advance and constant support with anything I am working on at the time. The only way it could be more organised is if I was more organised
Sometimes I feel the support is missing
Above and beyond
Better understanding of regulations and lesigations within my sector, and more ways to help team understand different ways of approaching customers and staff
