  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Cashing the tillin the morning and doing all cleaning jobs. Serving customer make sure food is presented fast make sure everything stocked up in front of house. Making sure toilets are keep clean for customers. Help your team out if they need to. Do the jobs for that day of work so one day I could clean one this then next day it will be something elses

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have learned how to use a till. How to pack all the food and present it. I've learn how to do some some food like fries and buckets I have gotten better with speaking to customers and helping them out with orders if they need it. I know what needs to be done when I'm there and I can work independently or as a team

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I feel like this programme is really good it helps me learn new thing as well as know the in and out of working in KFC you have to be ready for new things and you pick things up really fast I enjoy working there and doing this programme at KFC

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well organised you know when your meets are with with your regainal trainer and its sett out so you know what work you have to do everytime and it's easy to se what work you have done and the site you use. It's well presented and easy to go though

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • If I need the help from my employer they will support me with my problems there will always help me when I'm stuck or need to know something I enjoy working here and the support is great at KFC. There always there for you and they don't let you down

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • All the support I need if needed they are very helpful and can show me or show me the ropes to how things work or if I get stuck they try and hint the answers but at the moment 8 don't really need much support with my work they give me

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • You learn new skills and every month I get new work it's something new I learn the more I work though it the more I learn its really good to know slnew things and how it works is really good I enhljoy doing the work for the first time

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There isn't anything like this at the moment that I'm aware of but I believe there might be something soon not sure but I'll have to see what heopenes in the future at the workplace. There's only my Job that I do if anything comes up I'll go for it

  • Because its a great place to work and it doesn't gmfeel like work sometimes you have you down days but most of the time it's good and the team are great to work with one of my best places I've worked at very easy to work their


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to KFC UK & I?
  • Just do your best if you want it you have to show your able to do what they need you to do from speed and talking to customers to cooking all the chicken you have to be determined and want to work there no point working somewhere if you don't want to
