Within Tech Data there are many roles that you can take on however one of the roles that I had taken over is Cisco ISE this ensures that I need to develop a greater knowledge within the networking sides of things. It is very knowledgeable and a great place to start my career.

Within Tech Data and my apprenticeship I have developed a wide range of skills over the months, some of these being life skills, confidence is a key skill that i keep carrying on to grow over the months furthermore another skill that I am learning is the way of communicating with customers.

The programme is very clear and knowledgeable I really do enjoy coming to work meeting the friendly people that are involved within our business. Furthermore I would definitely recommend this programme to another colleague. There is a lot of coursework based tasks though it keeps me busy so I thoroughly enjoy it.

The structure of the program is very organised, everything is very clearly laid out there are multiple tasks for us as colleagues to be getting on with and there are a variety of tasks for us to do, furthermore the information provided has a great structure and it enables me to work better.

Tech Data provides and endless amount of support, since the day I started I had been involved in some tragic things and both Tech Data and my employer had pushed me through it gave me all the solutions to help me, and provided me with a structure on how to manage my day

I would say that the training that our employer provides us with generally makes my day to day a lot better and easier within my role, the training is always informative and engaging ensuring that I can develop my knowledge to the greatest of my ability. I feel that is does help me develop.

There are many social events that take place network events such as webinars are taken place where we can grow our knowledge furthermore other social activities such as sports teams are also very regular every day of the week Tech Data have employees who have created a football team to play football against each other in a league

Tech Data is full of live, enjoyment. It is such a great environment to work with and is full of such a lovely bunch of people. Management are always willing to help alongside with other employees within the business I would definitely recommend Tech Data to all my friends. In fact I already have.

Always be pro-active, pro-active with everything. Always put your name forward for things, put your hand up first, be active with your sales, hitting your call stats, helping people out around the business. Try get your name known around the organisation for the right reasons so you are a familiar face and a valuable asset.
