  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • On a daily basis, I liaise with a customer, investigate incidents and bugs and help to develop solutions for these. We have a daily stand up call where we voice our concerns and work for the day. I help deploy solutions and assist with any change request that comes in.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • By learning the fundamentals of code we are able to transition that into our everyday jobs. As we do not use C# until final year and SQL until next year the two have not merged as of yet. By learning the fundamentals it ensures we are able to answer most technical questions asked of us.
