  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role includes many different aspects from liaising with managers to assist them with the recruitment process from start to finish. I also attended business reviews with the senior leadership team where I would take notes and actions, I also created the presentation packs for the reviews. I am heavily involved with organising external and internal events.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have thoroughly enjoyed the programme, with no day being the same as the last. I was pushed to exceed which I did and I will be coming off the scheme in a great position. There are many opportunities for career development within Fujitsu and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a position.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure of the programme is well planned as I had regular contact with my QA representative and I knew well in advance when I needed to attend centres for modules. Fujitsu had no issues with me missing days or work for this and they also paid for travel. I would get support from manager who would expose me to whatever was required in the modules.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • As mentioned in the previous comment. The 'out of office' days were well planned so my manager never had any issues of me being out of the business. My manager would also expose me to any areas of the business that I needed to assist me with my modules. I also had many opportunities to develop other skills.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • QA where very supportive. I had regular meetings with my tutor who would clearly outline what was required in my personal modules. When I went to the centre to complete modules, the facilities were always nice and the course leaders would always take the time if anyone needed more explanation of what information was required.....

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification I took was the business and administration level 3 which seemed like an introduction course it different really delve deep into any particular area but I'm sure the next level up would. The qualification didn't really reflect anything that I undertook in my day to day role.
