  • i enjoy my role however the apprenticeship was terrible. BPP are a dreadful company with no clear structure, support or guidelines and are unable to follow their own rules

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • terrible. the apprenticeship was awful. zero structure, zero plan, zero support. RBS need to reconsider the provider for this course as it is a great development opportunity but the provider isnt up to much. I have also discussed this with present apprentices.

  • i received support from my employer to complete the apprenticeship course. I was given time when i needed to allow me to carry out assessments and workbooks.

  • zero!!!! dreadful company.

  • not really - my apprenticeship had zero relevance to my role.

  • yes, i am part of the social & community workstream

  • Yes

  • its a fair place to work with flexible working options and a good support network


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • Dont apply through the apprentice scheme if you can avoid it. Until a new training provider is put in place it is not worth the stress
