I should be measuring parts however I just tend to paint.

I don't really like it.
I have had 3 different job roles since I started. I have also completed a totally irrelevant qualification.
My colleagues around me are helpful and give good guidance, however managers don't seem to take an interest in my learning or development.
The training provider is helpful with my learning however my company don't really seem to be supportive.
I have a maintenance qualification and I now work in metrology :)
The ELS scheme offers an annual allowance for extra-curricular activities.

They have been running an apprenticeship for years but are very disorganized. The scheme has presented the same issues every year and still have not been sorted. The company takes no interest in your learning when you are away from the workplace and you are not allowed to help your own learning whilst on site.
