  • I had Loads of support & guidance, my trainer was fantastic and if I was not sure about something she would talk with me to see if I could understand what she was asking of myself. Having working in the hospitality industry for so long it’s easy to have a hands on approach to the role but when it comes to writing about it was hard at first but once you put pen to paper I was really happy that I achieved it and all the deadlines set by the provider really helped me accomplish the qualification
