  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • As the department I work in was quite new at the apprenticeship scheme it did take quite a few months to get things settled and get used fix but there is a better structure now in place. For more recent employees I have noticed it is a lot more organised which is positive.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • At the start it was quite unorganised and we wasn’t receiving much help from our training provider. I think this was because it was all new to everyone but as there are more apprentices now there is more structured support in place and everyone knows what they are doing.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I study on demand online with my training provider so I have started to have monthly phone calls/ catch ups with my support mentor. These are helpful as they help with my progression and I know they will always be there if I need any help or have any queries.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is a gym that you can sign up to which has really good equipment and it is a chance to get to know new people you might not necessarily work with. The company sometimes hold charity events such as football games that we can get involved in and also hold monthly nights out where you can socialise.
