  • My role is within Invoice Finance, I am a credit controller and I deal with so many clients. I look after there ledger, from cash to chasing

  • I enjoy doing the programme

  • well, I can speak to my point of contact at any time through the day If needed. We set time frames and plenty of help is provided

  • my manager provide and helps me with everything and anything I may need.

  • My training provider helps me lots, he is there when ever I need to speak to him.

  • learning about all the different things within the business, all the rules on data protection, the maths also come in handy.

  • Yes

  • the managers I have had from my time in RBS have been amazing, they are there when needed and give me support when needed.

  • make the most of this programme, take everything in. take part on all the webinars and keep on time with the times.
