  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Very much so, its a fun & challenging work environment with good opportunity to grow. There is a lot of work and we are kept very busy which is good to an extent. There is lots of new information to take in. The people are helpful, internal & externally and this has made for a more enjoyable experience too as you dont feel alone.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Is organised well, fairly straight forward. Would like some more face to face contact with the learning aspect as if you cant attend the live sessions you are just left on your own to get on with it. Some of the live sessions has issues where you cant hear for a while but normally the gets all sorted out within 5/10 minutes.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • As much support as i need, Am given suitable time away from work to study. My employees gives me time away from work at home to study and work in the way i feel best which is good. Regular check ups to ensure i am okay & comfortable and whenever i have any questions they are able to help. Colleagues who have been on the course also have been very helpful.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The live sessions are okay, however if you cant make the live session a recorded session is there for you, but cannot have questions answered this way. My BPP rep is helpful and quick to respond to any questions i have, but also the monthly reviews are good as it gives us a good understanding of where i am out and what tasks i am doing and how well i am doing them also.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Helpful in understanding the knowledge of the banking industry, however it could do more to help on the specific job role. It helps with a good base understanding of how things work in the industry. Lots of good tasks that help with my knowledge & understanding which has been helpful in getting information i wouldn't necessarily know / try to get if i wasn't' asked to.
