  • My role as a senior personal banker is to see customers on a face to face basis and review their current financial position. I completed a financial health check for every customer which helps me access all the different areas such as borrowing, savings, protection, day to day and business banking and then review where we could be helping them make money saver money, provide confidence and lend them money.
