It involved a lot of shadowing of a trainee solicitor, which was very insightful and interesting. We were able to network with current employees too which was useful!
2. What training and skills development did you learn from your work experience?
I developed a lot of analysis skills, as well as attention to detail. This was from the research tasks and summaries I had to carry put! 4. How well organised was your work experience?

Yes we were reimbursed which shows that the law firm take everyone into consideration which reflects their values. It was great as it meant anyone, no matter their background was able to participate on the work experience programme! I was very impressed with this as it wasn't necessary but they did it anyway!
8. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees?
