  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My current role is on purchase ledger, where I post invoices onto our system, and then look at logged invoices, and try to solve any issues we have with them. Then I look at statement recs and paying customers what we owe, along with other jobs to help team members with their jobs.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well structured as a whole, but there are a few issues that I have had with getting my apprenticeship up on running, as I have not yet fully enrolled due to issues with Kaplan. I have been given the information and workbooks that I will need to progress with my apprenticeship though.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employer, on both a small and large scale. On the small scale I always get asked if I understand what I am doing and will always be able to get help if not. On a larger scale, my employer offer a whole range of benefits and incentives to support me.
