  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • As an individual I believe I get a lot of support from my employer. People who I have worked along side have always been supportive whenever I was feeling unsure and when I wanted to know an answer to a question. The employer is very supportive to its apprentices that are based there.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I believe there could’ve been more involvement with our training provider. We have received good support from them I just feel like there is a lack of communication sometimes and this may be due to not seeing them face to face very often. Better Communication can improve this by a lot.
