  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • On a daily basis i send out reports to customers, send emails, and answer phone calls as well as phoning customers. I also deal with fines, condition reports, aborted vehicle and more. I also have to send out fleet reports monthly to the corresponding customers with their reports for the previous month.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • While at PSA Groupe i have learnt lots of new skills including a range opf communication skills which i have learnt as well as previous ones which have been improved on. My computer skills have also drastically improved while here especially on computer services like Excel, Word, EKIP and others.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • In Free2Move i have enjoyed it a lot because all of my colleagues in my department and others are incredibly welcoming and helpful. When i joined i received the necessary help and everybody treated me as a responsible adult. I also enjoy my daily jobs as there's always something new and I'm learning as i go.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure of my programme is very well structured and there is a path you follow witching the program. You have regular meetings with the training providers as well a regular meetings with you managers to ensure you are meeting your expectations and that you are having an enjoyable time.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • As an apprentice i receive a lot of support from my employers, whether this is through the training team who regular check up on us and offer help or if it is through the managerial staff here ands more specific ally HR who supported me and the other apprentices a lot at the start of the job.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • When working towards my qualifications we receive a decent bit of support from our training providers who help us with setting us regular training exercises and they also give us specific bits of information such as documents on GDPR and always give us an overview of what you will need to get the qualifications.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualifications and training that we are provided with help us massively as we are trained on skills that relate directly to my job role. This includes training in regards to safe keeping, how to speak to customers, what to say and how to deal with certain situations which we may of been unaware off.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is a few extra-curricular activity's such as there is a bit and active gym, which has a cheap membership, lots of equipment, easy to access, and is welcoming as you may know the people there already. There is also a football day on Mondays where you can go and play football at Caledon castle school with some of the other employees.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Stellantis to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I would definitely recommend PSA Groupe to a friend as it is very welcoming a good job with good qualifications and can set you up along a steady path. It also pays well and everybody is easy to get on with and the work isn't to overwhelming for a younger person.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Stellantis?
  • I would advise that when people apply they make sure they are confident in their ability, are ready to work, and have a eagerness to learn. I would also advise that they would research the company more and get a good understanding of what the company does and the departments in it.
