  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I did various different task during my week at the commercial law firm. The tasks varied from writing letters, checking Land Certificates, dealing with trust boxes, doing an inventory of documents, writing briefing notes for clients, research on things like the pension protection fund etc. and doing a court run to collect and deliver documents to the court and other solicitors. I worked with a different department every day( Property, Pension, Construction and Employment) so I was able to get to know many people from each department.
