  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • wearing the correct ppe and using vpe when working on customers cars and sales cars, treating them as if it was my own. cleaning the workshop to ensure a safe working environment for myself and also my colleagues. I enjoy my job and look forward to each and every day

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt a lot of skills in the last 7 months while working for Stratstone MINI / BMW. ive learnt to work on my own as well as a team to assist me in my everyday job. I have developed my communication skills with my colleagues in the workshop and on front of house

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my program a strong 10/10 becasuse of the friendliness of all my peers, my friends inmy apprenticeship group from all over the country from places ive never been before. I love waking up everyday and it to be something new everyday with working on different jobs at work

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • my program is very organised and is well structured. I know when im away at training down at BMW academy, I have a structured system at work where everyone who can help me does when I ask or when I need it, it is one of the best organised environments

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer wether this is through my CPA from bmw or my mentor in work, to my service leader, im always fully supported in any work that I require to do for when asked about it. this is a good level of support in my opinion

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer wether this is through my CPA from bmw or my mentor in work, to my service leader, im always fully supported in any work that I require to do for when asked about it. this is a good level of support in my opinion, I feel that my qualification will help me a lot when I need it in the future for going to a higher level

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Currently there is no set extra curricular activities ran by my employer as such but we're all a friendly bunch when it comes to working alone and in a team and we would occasionally see each other outside of work and always say hello and be nice to one another

  • Yes

  • pendragon have helped me a lot so far in my career from giving me an opportunity to learn new skills that will lead me to having a successful career with pendragon and any other company who may be my employer one day. if it wasn't for this opportunity to do an apprenticeship I don't know where id be now


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Pendragon?
  • be yourself, don't make out you're someone that your not, be honest their will always be support there for you when you need it whether this is at work or outside of business hours theres always support. be happy about what you do or want to do and pendragon will help you get there
