I work in the Procurement Enablers team within Fujistu. I was brought in just as we were going live with a new system. I am now the administrator for this system and deal with problems from the team as well as train other colleagues to use the system.
The skills i have learnt within this role have been overwhelming. As well as developing my existing skills such as communication, time management, IT Skills. I have also picked up system skills, and a number of skills from the eLearning modules.
The team is great, company culture also. This role has exceeded my expectations. I have given this an 8 as i find that there is a lot of pressure that comes with the job so its not as enjoyable.
I have recieved recognition from the CPO and recieved rewards for my work. An 8 as there is also another apprentice here so sometimes there is a little 'competition'
It is ok, however i feel that it isnt well organised. half way through there was a change in assessor so it confused things a little and I had to re-do some things which wasted some time.
I understand that i can contact them through email/phone, however they make no effort to check whether i am in need of anything.
My manager is great. Supports me in every task i do. my mentor is the same. I always know i can just ask for help if needed.
For my age, i find that my salary is very good. I have rated a 9 as i have just moved into a new house so there are a lot of bills at the moment!
I have been to a couple of company events. I also have the opportunity to voluteer to do charity work.
