I really enjoy coming to work everyday
The day release to college to complete my degree was a bit unstructured at first but has reacently picked up.
I get lots of support from the employer. I can ask any questions about college or role work and am confident i will recieve a positive answer.
I get sufficient support from training provider. They are easy to contact when not at the college.
It gives me a wider range of the technology and what we do as a company, even though i am currently in a non technical role.
Yes there are social events and code clubs. As well as sporting activities as well.

Its a superb place to work where you get looked after as an employee. Your work is valued whatever the career level.
Be yourself. You arent hired on your technical ability. you are hired because of the type of person you are.
