1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working within an account management team as well as operations. I create the month end report and a few weekly report that get sent to the client. Day to day I communicate with the wide team picking up any queries and complete reports when needed.

Yes. Mostly in excel

Very much so. I enjoy the continued learning and can see when I make an impact in the team

Very. Courses are defined but also allow for flexibility.

A lot if you ask for it. If you need the support you get it by multiple areas.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They do as much as they can to allow us enough time to get our qualifications.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

At the moment only a little bit because of the role I'm in. However, in previous roles it was a bit more connected. With roles being very divers it's hard to match up

Yes

Good company. Look after their staff. Competitive company and want to in prove. Also have the ability to move around the work if you want to.

Ask questions all the time. Do your research and just be your self
