  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Largely, the first three months were quite difficult to get used to, as it was expected, but Savills had supported that and I am fully settled in, have a good work life and enjoy the tasks I carry out.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There is room for improvement, but is generally good. The university, UCEM, could offer more support or have more face-to-face classes. At the moment all my classes are online and I find it quite hard to connect with the teachers.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The support from my employer is good. My team tend to be very busy but they still make time for me, and the HR department regularly check up on progress. Additional, we regularly have lectures from different professionals within Savills to learn about their roles within the industry.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Savills to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • If you have aspirations within the Real Estate industry, it is a great place to learn, the people you work with here are knowledgeable and happy to share their expertise. There are also good benefit and social outings which just adds to the experience.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
  • I would say that this is a great place for a candidate who has a strong interest in Real Estate and Surveying. In the application and interview process you have to show your eagerness to succeed within Real Estate, as well as showing what you are like as a person.
