  • Here at direct line we help customers proceed with claims and ensure all expectations of the customer are met. We handler the claim from start to finish and ensure that the right liability decision is made and we are paying out the amount we should be. Our main aim is to save money and help meet customers expectations.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • yes, have built on my confidence skills and how to meet customers expectations. I have also built on my team working skills because as a claims handler you need to have good team working skills in order to get the best possible outcome of the claim. Have also developed on my time keeping skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • A lot. Have enjoyed learning new things throughout the programme and meeting the expectations of customers. Have enjoyed saving money and learning what goes on behind the scenes when a claim is processed.

  • Very well. We were talked through what we have to do at the start of the programme and learnt all the basics to get us up and running for when we go live.

  • I receive alot of support from our employers. They are always there when i need them and ensure i understand the actions that i am taking to i know for next time

  • i receive a lot of help from my training provider

  • it helps me perform alot better in my role as we go over what we do in the role and ensure that the information sticks.
