  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • In my apprenticeship we have to move roles every 6 months. So far i have been in advanced technical support who take calls and answer any technical questions the customer may have on our products via email, chat servers or phone. I have recently joined the tendering back office (TBO) department who quote our products.
