  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I have one-to-one meetings every month with my assessor, so she can see how I am getting on with my work. when I first started the programme I had a meeting with my Line Manager and my assessor to talk me through the process and the task I will need to complete. due to the support from my team and my assessor I managed to finish my apprenticeship 3 months early, during my apprenticeship I have completed a lot of training which I wrote up about and helped me completed my work.

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Superdrug is a business that really cares about their employees and really wants them to thrive and succeed in their role. since being here I have been given so many opportunities to grow and develop and they have given me jobs that are necessarily on my job description but are jobs that I will help me with my career in the future. there are also so many careers paths to go down in Superdrug, so if you start with an apprenticeship in one department but feel like you might like another department the company are happy for you to do some job shadowing to find the perfect role for you.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Superdrug?
  • One tip that I would give is to just be yourself, and show the person recruiting you how passionate you are about the job and company and that you are very interested in getting a permanent job and succeeding. you need to be confident and show that you can do the job and make them have trust in you.
