  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme definitely is structured and has a lot of thought gone into it. From the induction into the team and the company. I was given enough time to study and complete my apprenticeship work on time so I could complete the course. Having a mentor really helped me learn new skills and gave me the support I needed into gaining confidence in a new job.
