Day to day tasks for myself is to provide exceptional customer service, deal with any queries. Provide advice about health care and dispense medication.
I have learnt several new skills since working at Superdrug. I have learnt how to communicate with people who have different needs, I have become more confident in myself and I have learnt have to work effectively as a team.
Joining Superdrug has been the best thing I have done. I never thought you could enjoy work as much as I do
My programme is very structured. My assessor knows exactly what would I should be doing and when it should be done by.
From my employer I receive a fair amount of help although this is one of the areas I feel they could work on
I receive all the support I need from my training provider. There are several ways to contact them, email text and Facebook are just a few.
All the work I am completing through my training provider is all relevant in my job role. It allows me to have better knowledge on the tasks I do daily

Superdrug allows you to be yourself. There are several career opportunities which you can progress in. All the staff are friendly and always willing to help
Don’t be nervous and just go for it. I have never looked back.
